Responsibilities
- Greet Customers: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers with a warm welcome and assisting with inquiries.
- Transactions: Process sales accurately using point-of-sale systems, ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently.
- Merchandising: Maintain store appearance by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are presented attractively.
- Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
- Problem Solving: Address customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure store goals are met during peak weekend traffic.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to follow instructions.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift boxes, and maneuver around the sales floor.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
