Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the store, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide detailed information about our merchandise.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system, including cash, credit, and returns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor according to company standards.
- Restock merchandise on shelves and assist with inventory management during slower periods.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Support promotional events and weekend sales activities to drive store traffic.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with POS systems.
