Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone and email promptly.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays as needed.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
