Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service at weekend pop-up locations across Boston
- Manage inventory, operations, and client consultations at weekend service hubs
- Coordinate with local vendors and community partners for seamless weekend activations
- Process transactions using mobile POS systems while maintaining accurate records
- Resolve client inquiries and ensure weekend service quality standards
- Assist with setup/teardown of weekend pop-up locations in various Boston neighborhoods
- Collect and report customer feedback for continuous service improvement
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable handling cash transactions and mobile payment systems
- Reliable transportation to weekend locations across Boston
- Professional appearance and positive attitude representing our brand
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during weekend shifts
