Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through personalized service and product expertise
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Manage inventory operations including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism, escalating complex issues to management as needed
- Collaborate with weekend team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak hours
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability required (Saturdays and Sundays, 8am-6pm shifts)
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail technology
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Reliable transportation to downtown Atlanta location
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent required
