Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through attentive beverage service and guest engagement
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing cash and digital payments
- Maintain pristine venue standards including table setup, cleanliness, and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members during high-volume weekend rushes
- Upsell premium offerings and execute promotional campaigns
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and creativity
- Adhere to all safety protocols and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Availability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) and holidays
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- TABC certification (or willingness to obtain)
