Responsibilities
- Delve exceptional guest services including resident assistance, package management, and access coordination
- Execute personalized experiences: restaurant reservations, event planning, and curated local recommendations
- Maintain pristine common areas and manage high-end amenities (pool, theater, fitness center)
- Coordinate vendor relationships and service requests with precision
- Act as community ambassador during weekend events and social gatherings
- Utilize property management software for seamless operations
- Uphold strict confidentiality and security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years in luxury hospitality, concierge, or high-end customer service roles
- Deep knowledge of Seattle's dining, arts, and entertainment scene
- Exceptional communication skills with polished professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure
- Valid Washington state driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in property management systems (Yardi, RealPage preferred)
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday, 7am-7pm)
- Flexibility to cover occasional weekday evening events
