Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional greeting and assistance to residents/guests
- Manage resident requests (package handling, maintenance coordination, inquiries)
- Operate building systems (security monitoring, access control, elevator operations)
- Execute marketing initiatives (event promotions, resident engagement activities)
- Maintain immaculate common areas (lobbies, amenities, exterior entrances)
- Collaborate with security team for weekend safety protocols
- Complete detailed shift documentation and handover reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts, 8am-8pm)
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, property management systems)
- Philadelphia PA residency preferred
- Valid PA driver's license (for errands if needed)
