Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services including restaurant reservations, attraction bookings, and transportation arrangements

- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of DC events, attractions, and seasonal offerings

Qualifications
- 2+ years in luxury hospitality or concierge role
- Extensive knowledge of Washington DC attractions, dining, and transportation systems
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
- Fluent in English; multilingual candidates strongly preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and evenings
