Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Engage warmly with customers, taking orders and providing product recommendations
- Maintain sparkling cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Available Saturday and Sunday shifts (6 AM - 3 PM)
- Positive attitude and exceptional customer service mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and handle fast-paced environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Reliable transportation to our Harbor Island location
- Willingness to learn coffee preparation techniques
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Must be 18+ years old
