Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Manage guest check-ins and resolve inquiries efficiently
- Maintain pristine facility standards and cleanliness protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak weekend operations
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Complete daily shift reports and handover documentation
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedules (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for payment processing
- Reliable transportation to Long Beach locations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- 18+ years of age with valid work authorization
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
