Responsibilities
- Product Handling: Safely load, unload, and sort packages and merchandise using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Organize stock in the warehouse efficiently to ensure quick retrieval and accurate counts.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and report any discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Customer Service: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with a diverse team to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Punctual with a strong work ethic and history of attendance.
- Communication: Basic ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
