Responsibilities
- Assist customers with finding products and answering general inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Restock shelves and displays to ensure the store is organized and visually appealing at all times.
- Perform basic inventory counts and manage stock rotation to prevent product spoilage or obsolescence.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions and handle returns efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout the weekend shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not strictly required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, primarily on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift light to medium objects (up to 25 lbs) for extended periods.
