What You Will Do:

- Operational Support: Process returns, handle cash transactions, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and peers to meet operational goals and deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving issues efficiently.
- Stock merchandise, rotate stock to ensure freshness, and keep aisles organized and tidy.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions accurately.
- Assist in the receipt and organization of incoming deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to management.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and operational procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for early morning shifts.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle money with high accuracy.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
