Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and answering inquiries with a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions and handle returns.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak weekend hours.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions with strict adherence to company policies and security protocols.
- Adhere to all safety and cleanliness standards to maintain a welcoming shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills and an approachable, customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills and comfort with technology and cash handling.
