Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon entry and assist with inquiries in a friendly, professional manner.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges according to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and store goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock needs replenishing.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we are looking for eager, hard-working individuals.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
