Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and selections.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions and handle cash/credit payments.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor meets our high visual standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to the management team.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work Saturday and Sunday shifts (flexible hours available).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
