Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily stocking and organization of inventory to ensure shelves are fully stocked and presentable.
- Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and provide exceptional service to enhance the customer experience.
- Operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems accurately, handling transactions and change efficiently.
- Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a safe, organized, and sanitary work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and support department needs.
- Report any discrepancies or maintenance issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred; however, we are willing to train motivated entry-level candidates.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices.
