Responsibilities
- Perform daily operational tasks including stocking, organizing, and cleaning work areas.
- Greet customers with a positive attitude and provide exceptional service.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of event or store displays as required.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a high standard of safety and compliance at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily performance goals.
- Handle cash transactions and manage petty cash within guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
