Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions and handle payments.
- Organize the sales floor, including cleaning and restocking restrooms and break areas.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Assist in unloading deliveries and organizing inventory in the back room.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) with availability for varying shifts.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new tasks quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
