Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
- Process transactions accurately at the register using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash and credit card payments responsibly and balance the till at the end of each shift.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store policies.
- Collaborate with the floor team to ensure efficient operations during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekend shifts (Saturdays and/or Sundays) consistently.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Availability for occasional evening shifts if required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
