Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a clean, orderly, and appealing store appearance.
- Operate cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions.
- Assist in inventory management, including counting stock and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations during peak weekend hours.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace by following all health and safety protocols.
- Handle returns and exchanges courteously while adhering to company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Strong desire to learn and willingness to be trained on the job.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs with or without assistance.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
