Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations during the weekend shift to ensure 100% efficiency.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to maintain high performance standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with inventory control to prevent stockouts.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Handle customer service inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is highly desirable.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work Friday through Sunday (3-day weekend schedule).
