Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and maintain a clutter-free workspace.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and report discrepancies immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to ensure efficient workflow.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a history of consistent attendance.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred but not required.
