Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels within the warehouse.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or errors before processing.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to resolve operational bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays as needed.
- Reliability: Must have reliable transportation to and from the Fort Worth facility.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
