Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and order processing in a professional manner.
- Manage inventory levels, stock shelves, and organize display areas to ensure a tidy shopping environment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions with strict attention to detail.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet weekly performance targets and sales goals.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction ratings.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash drops and security checks.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs with assistance.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with retail POS systems is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
