Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations across multiple service locations
- Manage team of 5-10 weekend staff with performance coaching
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and brand standards
- Handle customer escalations and maintain service excellence
- Coordinate inventory management and supply logistics
- Generate shift reports and operational insights
- Mentor weekend staff on company best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Proven weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday mandatory)
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Valid driver's license (FL positions require Class E)
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
- Flexibility to travel between NY/FL locations as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
