Responsibilities
- Greet Customers: Welcome shoppers warmly and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance throughout their visit.
- Operate POS: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale using our modern retail systems.
- Merchandising: Maintain a neat, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and fitting room at all times.
- Inventory Support: Restock shelves, rotate merchandise, and ensure accurate inventory levels are maintained during peak weekend hours.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, process returns/exchanges, and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Store Maintenance: Assist in general store upkeep, including cleaning and organizing storage areas.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Math Skills: Basic math proficiency for cash handling and pricing.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
