Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to all visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, organization, and accurate record-keeping.
- Ensure the sales floor and storage areas are clean, organized, and adhere to safety standards at all times.
- Process transactions efficiently and handle cash handling with absolute accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and maintain high standards of excellence.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems are preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
