Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions accurately and handling returns.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
