- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap, aligning with company growth objectives
- Lead ideation sessions and R&D initiatives for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor ecosystems
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board members
- Build and mentor high-performing innovation teams
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis
- Drive pilot programs from concept to market launch
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or product development leadership
- Proven track record launching market-defining products/services
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in emerging technology trends and adoption curves
- Strong financial modeling and ROI analysis skills
- Experience managing cross-functional global teams
- Published thought leadership in innovation/strategy
- PMP or similar certification preferred
