Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for the 2026 Vision Project
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, and economic domains
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights into executable strategies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and industry white papers
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, system dynamics, and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing strategic decisions
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or relevant domain expertise
