Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into strategic roadmaps
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations for executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to forecast disruptive shifts
- Quantify future opportunities through scenario modeling and risk assessment methodologies
- Drive adoption of foresight tools across product development and corporate strategy teams
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's future literacy capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year future scenario frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech) and societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published research or thought leadership in futurism publications
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
