Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year strategic roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-facing solutions in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption curves
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and industry thought leaders
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
- Author white papers on emerging technology impacts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into executable business plans
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, synthetic biology, quantum systems
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex scenarios compellingly
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
