- Partner with R&D and product teams to integrate future-focused innovation pipelines
- Establish early-warning systems for disruptive forces affecting our industry landscape
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented research or thought leadership
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
