Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact future scenario reports and executive briefings for board-level stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Champion a culture of innovation by mentoring teams in future-proofing methodologies
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience translating complex futures into business narratives
- Strong network within futurism, tech, and policy communities with published thought leadership
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, APF) or equivalent advanced training
