Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, social, and economic signals to identify high-impact opportunities for 2026-2030 horizon
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, energy, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping future-state solutions using emerging technologies
- Present foresight insights to executive boards through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Build and maintain a global network of domain experts across AI ethics, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Author quarterly trend briefs that inform $500M+ R&D investment decisions
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and strategic foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI governance, biotech commercialization, or circular economy systems
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in futures research (white papers, industry journals, or major conferences)
- Experience leading global teams across multiple time zones and cultural contexts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, CFS) strongly preferred
