Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological shifts, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026 business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight methodologies into organizational DNA
- Produce high-impact trend reports and innovation roadmaps for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging disruptions and competitive threats
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Business Analytics, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SCF preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented initiatives
