- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate futuristic technologies (quantum computing, bio-interfaces, etc.) into core business operations
- Conduct scenario planning for geopolitical shifts, climate impacts, and socio-economic disruptions
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track innovation adoption across global markets
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in AI/ML applications for market forecasting and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., APF, WFS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-10 year strategic implementations
