Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary scenario planning for 2026-2030 across AI, biotech, and climate sectors
- Develop predictive models using proprietary quantum-forecasting algorithms and global data streams
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed foresight into corporate strategy and product roadmaps
- Author annual 'Horizon Report' read by Fortune 500 CEOs and UN policymakers
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio supporting 20+ moonshot projects
- Mentor junior futurists through our proprietary 'Foresight Accelerator' program
- Present findings at Davos, TED, and exclusive industry summits
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Futures Studies, Complexity Science, or Strategic Foresight
- 5+ years at McKinsey, BCG, or similar top-tier strategy consulting
- Published research in Technological Forecasting & Social Change or equivalent
- Expertise in systems thinking, causal layered analysis, and weak signal detection
- Portfolio of 3+ successful 10-year predictions with measurable impact
- Fluency in at least 2 major languages (Mandarin/Spanish preferred)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight from University of Houston or similar
