Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with 2026+ market impact

- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces disseminated to Fortune 500 leadership teams
- Build and maintain a global network of domain experts for trend validation and early adoption insights
- Oversee cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping future-facing solutions
- Present findings to board members and key stakeholders with data-driven visualizations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals or top-tier business publications
- Proficiency in trend mapping tools (e.g., Palantir, Trend Hunter, Gartner platforms)
- Experience developing patent-pending scenario planning methodologies
- Track record influencing multi-year investment decisions for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech, etc.)
