Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) and translate insights into strategic frameworks for 2026+
- Develop scenario-planning models to anticipate disruptive market shifts and competitive threats
- Design and lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Author high-impact foresight reports for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and think tanks to pioneer emerging domains
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of anticipatory intelligence across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of developing actionable long-term strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation preferred
