Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and design teams to align on long-term vision
- Produce executive-level trend reports and predictive whitepapers for stakeholder decision-making
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Champion ethical frameworks for emerging technologies and sustainable futures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related technical field
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy publications
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
