- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce trend reports and whitepapers for C-suite executives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Advect on policy implications of technological disruption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI, climate tech, or digital transformation
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
