As a key member of our Strategic Futures Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams to identify paradigm shifts, quantify disruption risks, and capitalize on nascent opportunities across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to detect technological, social, and economic megatrends
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026 market positioning
- Produce executive-ready trend briefings and disruption risk assessments
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs for tracking emerging technology adoption curves
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex insights
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner)
