- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions with 3-5 year horizons
- Author white papers and thought leadership on sustainable tech evolution
- Manage horizon scanning ecosystem (startups, academia, policy)
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into executable business strategy
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related technical field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech strategy (Fortune 500/tech publication preferred)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through scenario-planning processes
- Deep knowledge of climate tech, neurotech, or Web3.0 ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking or equivalent professional designation
