Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to inform strategic planning for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based frameworks to prepare for future market shifts and regulatory changes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational progress toward long-term objectives
- Produce executive-level trend reports with actionable recommendations for Board and C-suite
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for potential integration into core business strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy and product development
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences and stakeholders
