- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Author compelling scenario-planning reports translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Build and mentor a global network of futurist practitioners and academic partners
- Drive adoption of future-proofing methodologies across product and engineering teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating futurist insights into market-leading products
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from the Association of Professional Futurists)
