Responsibilities

- Design strategic frameworks for clients navigating regulatory shifts in decentralized systems
- Present foresight findings at global innovation summits and publish thought leadership
- Mentor a cross-functional team of researchers and data scientists
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record developing multi-year predictive models for complex systems
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate resilience, or AI governance
- Experience presenting to C-level audiences in high-stakes decision environments
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant technical field
- Published work in peer-reviewed foresight or technology journals
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
