Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities through 2026
- Develop and maintain a dynamic innovation roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate strategic workshops and scenario planning sessions with executive leadership
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis and market positioning studies
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and industry presentations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight insights into product development priorities
- Establish metrics to track innovation ROI and strategy effectiveness
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their societal impact
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation and communication skills with executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFSP) preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in technology-driven environments
